What We Collect

The only personal information we collect is what you voluntarily provide when you submit an enquiry through our contact form:

This information is submitted through your own email client via a mailto: link. We do not operate a server that receives or stores contact form submissions — your message goes directly to our inbox. We do not collect any other personal information through this website.

Why We Collect It

We collect your contact information solely to:

• Conduct follow-up business communication if you proceed with an engagement

Once a relationship ends and retention is no longer necessary, information is deleted from our email systems in the normal course of housekeeping.

Who We Share It With

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. Your message is received by members of our team via our email service provider, which processes email on our behalf as a data processor. We do not share your information with any marketing, advertising, or data brokerage parties.

International Transfers

Email infrastructure may route messages through servers located outside South Africa, depending on our email provider. We do not engage in dedicated cross-border transfers of personal data beyond what is inherent to standard email delivery. Where such transfers occur, they are necessary for the performance of our communication with you.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, or alteration. In the event of a security compromise involving your personal information, we will notify the Information Regulator via the mandatory eServices Portal as soon as reasonably possible, and will notify affected data subjects as required under POPIA.
